Kickstart project onboarding, by having the correct users and group assigned to the correct project roles directly after creation. Project Templates for Jira allows to automatically assign the project creator, specific users and user group to project roles with every created project. To do that admins can either specify a ‘Project role assignment source project’ to clone existing project role assignment from, or predefine a set of new custom project role assignments.
