Space Templates Overview

Space Templates offer a convenient method to reuse the same source space and configuration for future spaces.

New space templates can be effortlessly created by selecting the 'Save as New Space Template' checkbox during space cloning.

The overview table presents a comprehensive list of all current space templates.

Each space template displays the number of spaces created from it, the most recent usage date, the users who last utilized it, and the recently created spaces associated with it.

How to use a Space Template

Option 1:
Inside the ‘Space Templates’ tab, you can click on ‘Use’ inside a space template row.

This action will redirect you to the "Clone a Space" tab and automatically choose the space template located in the upper left corner field labeled as 'Select space template'.

Option 2:
Alternatively, within the 'Clone a Space' tab, you can directly choose the desired template. This selection will automatically replace the original space and adjust all configurations based on the specifications outlined in the chosen space template.

Space Creation History

Clicking on the blue number opens the Space Creation History.

There you’ll get information on what spaces have been created from this template, when and by whom.
