1. Global Configuration - Extended Project Administration for Jira
After app installation, on the ‘Manage Apps’ page click on ‘Get started’ or select the global configuration in the left side navigation.
Follow the steps of the admin page:
Decide if the extended project administration should be enabled/disabled globally by using the switch in the center
Whitelist or blacklist projects so that they are an exception to point 1
Click ‘Submit’
You can also find a button to access the global ‘Audit log’
