App Deprecation Notice – Effective September 1, 2025

We have decided to deprecate this app as of September 1, 2025, due to limitations in functionality caused by the lack of Atlassian API support. As a result, we will be shifting our focus to other projects.

The app will be removed from the Atlassian Marketplace on that date.
No action is required on your part. If you have the app installed, it will automatically be removed after September 1, 2025.

Thank you for your understanding.

Get Forms Data

1. Select a Form Type

Users will only be able to select form types from within the service project.

2. Optional: Filter for Specific Issues with JQL

Use Jira’s Query language to filter for specific issues. Only forms from filtered issues will be searched for.

  1. Click on Search

The app has to search all issues with forms to find the correct forms. It can only check 100 issues at once to stay within API rate limits. Therefore, if more than 100 issues with forms are found, you can either click on ‘Load more’ to search another 100 issues for the correct forms. Or start a new search with a limited issue filter scope using JQL.

Show and Hide Columns

The columns displayed fall into 3 categories

  1. Issue data, of the issue where the individual form is used on.

  2. Form meta data, like form id or public/internal.

  3. Form Field Answers

Because there can be many form field answers, the app allows to limit the displayed options using the Columns Configurator
