5. Activate Template


  • Templates are deactivated by default.

  • Inactive templates imply that users cannot utilize them to create projects or generate content within existing projects based on that template, and the create button is disabled.

  • The template may be concealed from non-administrators based on non-admin view settings.

Activate the template

  1. Click on ‘5. Activate template’ or the 'x' in the templates table row.

2.1 Clicking on 'x' will instantly activate the single template

2.2 The '5. Activate template' button will open a modal dialog in which you can select from all inactive templates which on to activate in multi-select.

3. Click on ‘Activate

  • Template status will switch to .

  • Create button will be no longer disabled.
    (Non-admins additionally need the correct permission to see non-disabled create button.)
