A single space clone operation runs for 15 min minutes before automatically aborting. This leaves enough room for spaces allows for the replication of spaces of up to roughly 2000 pages. Please reach out to our support if you need this limit increased.

Blog posts

Cloning blog posts is currently not supported. We are evaluating the need to do so. Please reach out to our support if this is a business requirement for you.

Page history

Cloning page history is not supported. There are technical reasons that make this difficult but we also believe that users intend to start with a fresh page history in a cloned space. Please reach out if you feel otherwise.

Free Confluence license limitations

Based on Atlassian’s limitation on free Confluence licenses, cloning space permission and cloning page restrictions can not be supported if your instance is using a free Confluence licenseShould you require an extension to this limit, please don't hesitate to contact our support team for assistance.

Blog Posts Cloning:

Page History Cloning:

Unfortunately, cloning of page history is not currently supported due to technical constraints. Additionally, we believe that users typically prefer commencing with a clean slate in terms of page history when cloning a space. However, if you have specific requirements or preferences regarding this feature, please feel free to inform us.

Limitations of Free Confluence Licenses:
